今回はとても丁寧な対応をして頂きました(*´-`)店内も前と違って、よい空気感でした。
他県から引っ越してきて

事前に来店の連絡もしてたけど、
微妙な対応でした。
というかこれが普通なのかもしれませんが
忙しかったのかなぁ(o´ｴ｀o)b。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗がきれいでスタッフの対応がとても丁寧です。 高級車ブランド特有な堅苦しい対応ではなく、なんでも相談に乗ってくれるセールスマンがいます。サービススタッフも親身に相談に乗ってくれるし女性スタッフの笑顔も素敵でした。
おすすめです。
The store is clean and the staff are very polite. There is a salesman who can consult with you about anything, not the formal response peculiar to luxury car brands. The service staff also kindly gave me advice, and the smiles of the female staff were wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リコール作業で、初めて行きました。店舗は外見、店内共にすごく綺麗です。スタッフの方の対応も良く、安心できました！作業が終わった後も分かりやすい説明もしていただき感謝です。また、ついでに気になってる事を聞いてみたら、今回一緒に見てもらいました！見積もりを見てびっくりしましたが、好きな車なので仕方ないです…。今度車を買う時はお世話になろうと思います！

修理の依頼時も、お客とスタッフの二者で実車での症状の確認と、修理後は該当箇所の状態の最終確認と、場合によっては交換した部品の現物を見せてくれるので安心できます。

しかし店長の対応がいかがなものかと思います。名刺を片手で渡してきてめんどくさそうに接客されました。20代前半と若く見えたとはいえ対応にはガッカリしました
