★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リコール部品の交換の連絡があり、はじめて訪れました。長野県は外車ディーラーが少ないので、遠くはるばる40分程掛かって到着すると、キチッとした黒い制服を着た女性が駐車スペースまで誘導してくれた上、ドアサイドで丁寧にお辞儀して「いらっしゃいませ」と言って頂けました。長野の小さな街でも東京と同じサービスを得られるのは車のオーナーとしては嬉しく感じられるところです。ここは隣のヤナセと地続きなのですが、異なる会社の様です。交換作業は手早く10分ほどで完了したのですが、その間に席に案内されてメニューを頂き、「お飲み物はいかがですか？」と聞かれたのでお願いしましたが勿論無料です(笑)。あまりにも気分良く過ごせたので、また来たくなりました。遠いですが車検もお願いしてみようかなと思っています。自動運転やAIの時代が来ても、車ディーラーは、こういう人と人としての接客、絶対必要だと思います。久々に高級車ブランドを感じさせて頂いた時間でした。
