名前と電話番号をメモする際、従業員のおばあさんが自分の車を台代わりにしてメモし始めました。
板金屋の人間とは思えない行為です。
これで傷が付いていたら弁償してもらえるのでしょうか？
信じられません。
また社長らしき人の対応も横柄に感じました。
サービス業として如何なものかと思います。
技術の面は大丈夫かとは思います。
対応に関しては好きにはなれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車の検討でのことです。〇〇〇ディーラーの値引きに満足できず、何も言わずにシノハラさんに再度見積もりをお願いしたところ、なんと… 10万円以上も安いことが判明！ディーラーにはお断りを入れシノハラさんで購入させていただきました。聞くところによると全国から新車を仕入れているらしくディーラーよりも安く出来るそうです。来年は妹の車もこちらでお願いしようと思っています！沢山の女性スタッフも優しくて対応が素晴らしいですし、店長もイケメンではないですが説明も分かりやすくて良かったです。お薦めのお店ですよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検をありがとうございました。買ってから３回目の車検で心配したが、かなりお安くして頂きました。(前回スタンドで受けたら高かった)しかも、エンジンオイルや錆び止めタイヤの窒素ガスにヘッドライトクリーニングなどなど全てサービスでした。家が近くの方はおススメのお店です。

(It was expensive when I received it at the last stand) Besides, it was all services such as engine oil and nitrogen gas of rust prevention tires and headlight cleaning. If you are near your house, this is a recommended shop.

亜塩素酸水の噴霧に、テーブルの全てにアクリル版を設置、お釣りまでUVで殺菌している完璧さ！
やはりこのお店はお客さんを大切にしているお店だなと改めて思いました。
