ステージもフロアも広くて使い易い。
音響、照明は必要十分。
プロジェクター投影はフロアの側面になり、ステージ上や後にスクリーンではない。
PA卓がフロア最後尾で自然な位置。
オペレーター次第で相当な満足が得られると思う。
フロアは詰めれば150クラスかな。
70〜80で満員感が出ると思う。50だとチョイ寂しさあり。
並行物販は会場の外かフロアの後しかなく厳しいと思う。
喫煙所は非常階段の踊り場。
ハコとして安く使えるなら魅力あり。
あのビルの中では綺麗はハコで、内装の配置も相まって使い易いと思う。

キャパ詰め込めば200は入るかな？
