伊	伊藤幸子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年2月に行った際は店が出来たばかりで、盛岡から男性が店舗応援で来ていました。男性スタッフさんにカラーとカットをお願いしたのですが、髪に艶があるよう見せるために紫色を少し入れてくれたりしてくれました。周りからの評判も良くて、出来栄えに大満足でした。同年6月30日に再び店に行ったら女性が対応してくれたのですが、もう２度と行かないです。カラーとカットとパーマをお願いしたのですが酷かったです。毛先にパーマをお願いしたのですが、パーマしてからのカットでまず意味不明。前回来た2月の話をしたら「カルテが無いから分からない」と言われ、本当に散々な出来栄えでした。美容院に来たのに髪がボサボサになった上に、作業が遅いので次の予約の男性が来てしまって更に適当に扱われました。言い訳ばかり言っていました。納得が行かない状態だったので、やり直して貰おうと思ったのですが仕事が忙しくなって行けないで終わりました。どちらとも予約の際には、ホットペーパービューティーを利用しました。 When I went to February 2019, the store was just opened, and a man from Morioka came to support the store.
