すぐに女性店員が来て対応してくれ、要件は済んだ。
しかし、この男性店員の態度は明らかにふざけており、嫌な感じを受けた。

近隣には駐車場のある店舗がないところが多い中、数台分あるのが嬉しい。但し駐車場は店の裏で通路が狭いので入りにくい。
店員さんは新設で迅速に対応してくれた。

The clerk responded quickly with the new establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このショップさんでauひかり回線を契約しに行きましたが、最終的に携わって頂いた担当者さん２名の説明対応が物凄くいい加減なものでした。キャッシュバックキャンペーン適用される、されないの件で、センターとショップさんとのやり取りで連携、相違が起こり、電話のたらい回しにされました。結果、店長から担当者の説明不足でしたと認められ、電話謝罪のみで終わりました。
更なる教育をしていただきたいと思います。ただもう、二度とこのショップさんへは行きません。
I went to sign up for the au Hikari line at this shop, but the explanations of the two staff members who were finally involved were extremely sloppy. The cashback campaign was applied, but it wasn't done, and the interaction between the center and the shop made a difference. As a result, it was recognized by the store manager that there was insufficient explanation from the person in charge, and it ended with only a telephone apology.
I would like to receive further education. I will never go to this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/26 12時半頃行ったが受付の男の接客態度が酷いにもほどがあった。
プランの変更をしたいと伝えると157の電話受付でもできるのでそちらで行って下さいと帰された。電話じゃわからないから行ってるのに何のための店かわからん。
前に並ばれていたご年配の方にも同じ対応をしていてお客の身にもなれない接客は接客とはあわない。
受付の男は再研修を行うべき。
もう2度とこの店には行きません。
3/26 I went there around 12:30, but the receptionist man had a terrible customer service attitude.
When I told him that I would like to change the plan, I could do it at the 157 telephone reception desk, so I was told to go there. I don't know on the phone so I don't know what the store is for.
Elderly people who were lined up in the same way do the same, and customers who can not become customers are not considered customers.
The receptionist man should retrain.
I will never go to this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 充電コードの不具合たったので、予約無しで訪れましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。夫のインスタで、不信な気になることがあったので、聞いたらすぐに親切に教えてくれたから、、、即解決‼2人で良かったね!!と言って帰って来ました。換気もされていて、消毒液もあるから安心しました。
I visited without a reservation because there was a problem with the charging cord, but he responded immediately. My husband's Instagram made me feel distrustful, so as soon as I heard it, he kindly told me, so I solved it immediately! I'm glad we were two people !! and came back. I was relieved because it was well ventilated and there was a disinfectant solution.

Recently moved to Katakuracho station. I changed from Pobo to UQ, but I made a reservation so it was fast and polite. I was able to buy the GALAXY A21 for 1 yen. It seems to be a shop privilege. Lucky ?
