★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わざわざ雨の中、ガラケーが3月30日からもう何日も圏外で使えず行ったのに、無駄足だった。使っていないスマホを持って、こっちにして下さいって言ったのに、SIMカードがお店にないと言われ出来なかった。auサポートに電話したら（携帯が使えないだから、雨の中、公衆電話まで行ってさ）SIMカードあるから機種変更出来ますって事だった。ちゃんと客の話を聞いてほしい。第一、ずっと使えないのに、お金とるって詐欺だ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高齢の父が某スーパー2階のショップで、新規契約をしてきました。年寄には理解できない、必要でないプランをたくさんつけられており、帰ってきて請求金額をみて驚きました。理解してないのなら、勧めないでもらいたかったなぁと…。その後プラン解約の為、某スーパー2階のショップに訪れた時の対応は、なかなかの塩対応でした。
先程、鶴ヶ島インター店に電話をして手続きの話をしたのですが、電話の応対はもちろん、お店での対応もとても感じが良く、高齢の父も喜んでおりました。面倒な手続きも気持ち良く対応していただき本当にありがとうございました。感謝です。
こういうショップの方達にはもっと給料アップしてあげてほしい‼️
