チ	チャントシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auショップなのに、docomo携帯?の不具合のお客様の対応しているスタッフがいた。普通ならお近くのdocomoショップを案内すると思うけれど❗️❗️❗️ 親切なスタッフだなぁ〜と思う反面、まぁ〜まぁ〜曖昧な返答ばかり‼️お客様が、おじぃーちゃんだったのですが、ちょっとイライラするやり取りが続く。お金のかからない方法で直したい内容だったが、au携帯の買い替えとかを進めない所が好感が持てるスタッフだった。順番待ちしている他のお客様も多く、その事も考えると、ヤッパ、近くのdocomoショップに行くよう案内するのが、、ベスト対応なのではないか？と改めて感じたシーンだった。??? その方が、みんながｗｉｎ・ｗｉｎの関係になるはずだ。スタッフの人の良さを評価し⭐️４つにしました(^.^) Even though it was an au shop, there was a staff member who was responding to a customer with a problem with docomo mobile phone ?.
