私の親が、体験した出来事です。画面にヒビが入っていたのでこのショップへ聞きに行った所、『これは保護シートだけではなく本体にも傷が入っている可能性がある為、新しいものを購入した方がいい』との提案。
まだ購入して数ヶ月だった為そのまま電気屋さんへ行き同じ内容を説明したところ、保護シートのみ交換して本体には全く傷もありませんでした。
同日、テザリングの事を知りたくて聞いたら
『この機種ではテザリングは出来ません』
と言われ別の機種をすすめられ同じく電気屋さんで調べてもらった所、この機種はテザリング出来ますよとあっさり言われました。
正規の店舗でこんな事があるなんてありえない。こういう事に疎いと分かっていて年配者を騙すような販売のやり方に私は憤りしかありません。
あなたのせいでau全てに不信感。
