★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゲームの発売日に午後2時過ぎに来店したが見本無しだったので、女性店員に聞いた所まだ商品が届いていない。
発売日の何時なら置いてますか？
次の日同じ時間帯に商品有るか調べたら置いて無かった。レジで店員に聞いたら完売でした。
予約していないので、他の店で購入しました。
残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イヤホン機器コーナー周辺にいた男性店員がとても失礼な対応をしてきて大変腹が立ちました。客が若くて金を持ってなさそうに見えると、舐め腐ってなあなあな対応をするんでしょうね。
その後代わりに対応してくださった女性店員さんはとても親切で感謝しかないです。
この店舗は二度と利用することは無いでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホ用品を見に行く事がたまに有るのですが、商品コーナーが、少し狭い。
iフォンが主流的なのでアンドロイド用品が少ない。
アンドロイドは機種が多すぎるし、新型が早く出るので仕方ないところもわかるけど。。
携帯各メーカーのテーブル間隔が狭く、八戸のコロナの広がりを考えると、少し怖くてすぐ帰ってきた! (笑)

欲しい商品について聞いても在庫が無いと嘘をつかれて他の店員に聞いた時はあったり、態度が悪かったりすごく気だるそうにしていたりと不安な部分が多々ありとても不快な印象を受けました。
業務態度などの改善をして欲しいです。

また、実店舗としては、近くのケーズデンキより結構安く買えるので近年はずっとヤマダです。
