ひ	ひかきん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広くて綺麗な店内。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。以前は他の店舗で嫌な思いをしたこともあり携帯ショップにはあまり良い印象は持っていませんでしたが、ここの店舗に来てその印象も変わりました。モールの中の店舗さんなので、休日はかなり混みあっているみたいなので、行く際は予約をしていったほうが良さそうですね！ A large and beautiful shop. 沢	沢村幸治 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変更、乗り換えなどする際、AppleIDを聞かれ、紙に書き出しました。ショップ側は善意で行っていたのかもしれませんが、書き出したIDとPWを書いた紙を破棄した姿が見えず、どうなったのか分かりません。機種を変えた際のデータ移行は自身で行う、とショップに申し付けた方がいいかもしれません。所詮AppleIDでも、中身は個人情報の塊なので、買い替え時気をつけた方がいいです。ちなみに、データ移行を行っても良いかの確認など一切ありませんでした。せっかくバックアップ取っていたのに、再リセットして復元する手間が増えました。 When I changed models or changed trains, I was asked for my Apple ID and wrote it down on paper. 松	松こ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口のスタッフはとても良かったのですが、実際に料金プランなどをするスタッフの接客態度2回連続で最悪でした。2度と行きたくありません。木川店はとても良かったのに、今は無くなってしまい、仕方なくエイスクエア店に行きましたが、やはり最悪でした。この店とはもう関わりたくないので、au解約します。 The staff at the entrance was very good, but the customer service attitude of the staff who actually made the price plan was the worst twice in a row. C	C U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10時に予約したが開店時間だった。店前には開店を待つ人が大勢並んでいたが、頑なに10時にならないと開店作業に移行しないのは大手キャリアが並んで出店している中でauだけであった。他のキャリアは時間前だろうが待たれているお客さんを臨機応変に対応していたのを見るとauはそういう意味で２流キャリアなんだと実感しました。そのあたりはすぐに改善できる事だと思います。 I made a reservation at 10 o'clock, but it was opening time.
