ただ保険の請求関係の手続きは担当によりスピードが変わります火曜日投函して金曜日に支払いの連絡ある人と翌月曜日に書類が届いたのでこれから調べますと郵便事情にかなりの差がある会社です。

オペレーターさんの話し方はバカそうな人でした。
20分間、変な対応をしてくれた後、航空会社に電話して保険請求してくださいと言われました。
Au 保険を購入した意味がなくないですか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同行者が海外から18時頃に成田に到着するも、預けていた荷物が届かず遅延となりました。ANAのスタッフが対応してくれ、翌々日に自宅に届く予定となりました。それまでに必要な下着などを買うため、自宅に戻る前の22時頃にau損保に電話したところ「本日までの保証期間なので、自宅に戻る前で本日中に買ったものしか補償できない」との回答。「23:50に成田着で荷物遅延なら補償されないのか？」との問いには「申し訳ないが、今日中(保証期間中)に購入した物品のみ補償します」との回答。au損保を買う方で日本到着が遅くなる方は、日本到着日の翌日分も保険を購入することをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車保険に入る際、契約内容をよく確認してから入らなかった為、後悔しました。ロードバイクの事故やパンクなどで車体の引き上げを行うロードサービスの契約がありますが、回収していただけるのは自転車のみで、「ご本人様はご自身で帰宅までの手配をお願いします」との事。当然と言えばそれまでですが、山奥などで事故にあった際や緊急の際の保険としては、正直現場では物足りないサービスでした。
