f	fumina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越してきて家の近くにこちらの皮膚科があったので何度か利用させて頂きました。今日の対応は最悪でした。診察の際にいつも使っているロコイドがもう切れそうなので欲しいと伝えました。しかしお薬もらう時にその軟膏がなく、その旨を薬剤師に伝えたら一度先生に聞きにいってくれました。その返答は「今回の顔の荒れには関係ないから処方できません」と。私はストレスが溜まると口の周りに湿疹ができるのと今月末に結婚式を控えていることも先生には伝えています。綺麗な顔で式を迎えたいに決まってますよね。なので事前に荒れた時のために持っておきたかったのです。 3回ほど薬剤師は医師にロコイドを出していいか聞きにいってくれましたが待った挙句処方はしないとのことでした。結婚式の準備でバタバタしているのにまた無くなったらロコイドをもらいに来てくださいって、、診察代もまた払って、なくなるとわかっているロコイドをもらい行くのは二度手間だからとそう伝えているのに、本当に融通が効かず、対応が悪いです。なぜ、いつももらっている軟膏を買えないのか意味がわかりません。私も引き下がらなかったら最終的には今からもう一度診察してくださいと薬剤師に言われました。ここの皮膚科は二度手間が好きみたいです笑笑私も暇じゃないのでもうロコイドはあきらめて他の皮膚科へ行きました。二度とここで診てもらうことはないでしょう。お返事を頂いたのですが一度も謝ることなくびっくりしてます。顔が荒れた際にはロコイドを塗ってくださいと指示がありました。話の論点がズレた返答を頂き、本当に残念です。 I moved and this dermatologist is near my house I used it several times because it was there.
