M	Marielle Chou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同じことです。予約時間より10分前に到着して、予約時間10分すぎたが、店の人誰も声をかけて来なかった。不明に待ちさせた。店員さんみんなお客さんよりお嬢さんの顔で接客してます。外国人多いの立ち地ですが、外国客にアンフレンドリーの極め。外装ばかり綺麗な店。こういう値段なら、他より良い店いっぱいありますよ。 Same thing. Arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time, the appointment time was too 10 minutes, but no one in the store called. I waited unknown. All the clerks are serving customers with a young lady's face. There are many foreigners, but they are unfriendly to foreigners. A store with a beautiful exterior. m	mk nk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのスタイリストさんのSNSを拝見し興味を持ち来店しました。時間通りに来店しましたが呼ばれるまで20分ほど待ちました。カラーとカットをお願いし、イメージをお伝えすると雑誌の小さな写真をカラーの見本として示されました。カラーチャートなど具体的にイメージが持てるものを提示されることなくカラーが始まったので、どんな風になるのか不安でした。カットでは伸ばしていること、軽くしたいことを伝えると毛先を少し切られて終了。帰宅して見てみると長さがバラバラで、自分で切り直しました。カットもカラーもイメージと違い、費用もこれまで通った美容院の中で一番高かったですが納得のいかない仕上がりになり、こちらにかかったことを大変後悔しました。わかりやすい写真をこちらで用意したり、カラーチャートを見たいと伝えたりしないと雑な施術をされるのだと悲しくなりました。 SNSで有名なこともあり、美容師さんにとっては多くのお客さんの中の1人に過ぎないのかもしれません。ですが、こちらとしては毎日付き合わなくてはいけないものが納得のいかないものになり、雑に扱われたことは非常に悲しかっです。 I saw this stylist's SNS and came to the store with interest. If you're a foreign blonde、or even a foreign unnatural blonde、this is the salon for you. Eiki、the man who runs it、speaks fluent English and specializes in Western blondes. He is a joy to talk to and excellent at what he does!

Eiki was trained in London and has consistently done an amazing job on my color. I’ve been to three high-end Tokyo salons before I found Eiki, and he is now the only one I trust to highlight my blonde hair. Eiki takes the time to listen to me, and he meticulously prepares and colors my hair. His English is outstanding; he is very friendly, knowledge, and passionate about International hair. Trust me, Eiki is the person to see for beautiful hair in Tokyo!
