You're not just paying for the good food but also the ambience, the moment we stepped in, we were speechless of the nice set up and the views from the 40th floor. VERY GREAT KANSAI BEEF
Although, some food sometimes would run out.
We were attended by very well, Nampei (not sure of spelling) also gave us great service. From him roaming around, being by the bar preparing drinks, bussing tables, he has still able to see us off personally. Thank you Atmos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was bound to happen… our first awful dining experience in Osaka. Surprised it was at the 5-star Conrad Int’l in Yodoyabashi Osaka.
Where to begin:
Food
NY hot dogs… cheap “ meat dogs” not even all beef dogs… the type of hot dog you find in a cheap dining fast food store. Rating: 0
Pizza… can get a better store bought frozen pizza… no taste…too chewy. Rating: 1
Pastrami sliders: too much bun… too much cheese… little if any pastrami… cheap. Rating: 0
Buffalo Wings… Franks flavored should be hot and good but these were so mild they bordered on sweet. Rating: 1
Why even have a buffet? This food was awful. Surely hurts the Conrad brand… better not to have a buffet.
Rating system: 1-10 with 1 being the worst
Desserts:
Rating: 1
Must gave been a strawberry themed dessert assortment as everything was too sweet and tasted awful. Japan sweets are about quality with subtle taste profiles. This selection was anything but. We had afternoon tea here a couple weeks prior and that was befitting of the Conrad brand.

So slow to clear the tables…
After this awful dining experience I wouldn’t suggest anyone go here for any special occasion. For the price, you deserve a great experience and quality befitting the name Conrad Int’l. In Japan, this just not acceptable nor honorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I enjoyed a great lunch at Osaka Conrad Atmos restaurant. As we entered the hotel we were greeted by a friendly staff. We were seated at a table with an amazing view. The lunch buffet was scrumptious the spread was more than satisfactory.
On top of that the serving staff, especially Mr. Aryana Amoli and a Filipino server, were very attentive and friendly, splendid service.
We will certainly visit again.

Special Aryan and the short Japanese lady who talked some German words to me (sorry I forgot the name) perfect service
