京都市の職員の方と一緒に来られたのが初対面で、そこからどんどん話が進み、築50年以上経った我が家を完全リノベーションして頂きました。
プロの建築家さんとのやり取りは楽しく、設計段階から色々なアイデアを出して頂き、模型を眺めながらの家づくりは、建築家さんに依頼する醍醐味のひとつだと思います。一般のリフォーム業者とは全く違った発想で提案されるので、建築が好きな方には満足できると思います。また建設途中でも、進捗状況を細部まで確認させていただけるのは中々ないのではと思います。
とても狭い家を自由な発想で造っていただき、考えつくされた細部のこだわりと動線。予算にあったプランを考えていただき、本当に出会いは大切だなぁと思いました。
予算の都合もあり、第一段が終了。
次は屋根、壁、庭なども相談してみようと考えており、末永く面倒見てもらうつもりです。
I saw the article "Countermeasures for vacant houses" published in Citizens' Shinbun.
It was my first time to meet with a staff member of Kyoto City, and from that point on, the story went on and on, and my home, which was over 50 years old, was completely renovated.
It's fun to interact with professional architects, and I think it's one of the real pleasures of asking an architect to come up with various ideas from the design stage and build a house while looking at a model. It is proposed with a completely different idea from general remodeling companies, so I think that those who like architecture will be satisfied. Also, even during construction, I don't think it's possible to check the progress in detail.
We asked you to create a very small house with free ideas, and the attention to detail and flow lines that were conceived. After thinking about a plan that fits my budget, I thought it was really important to meet.
Due to budget constraints, the first stage has been completed.
Next time, I'm thinking of consulting about roofs, walls, gardens, etc., and I'm planning to have them take care of me for a long time.
