★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpected beautiful shrine which is out of sight from the street. I needed to go up verrrry long stairs to visit the shrine.
There are lots of craps swimming in the pond with a Torii gate.
I visited here for Goshuin stamp. It costed 300 yen. You cannot get it without Goshuin book. They don't offer the stamp on paper instead of on the book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite shrines with the highest spot in Tokyo (26m over sea level) ! Small pond and playful Carps, Zen and calm in the middle of the busy Tokyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking in the street, I noticed a huge stairway. This stairway lead to a quite hidden paradise in this modern neighborhood of Tokyo. At the top you will notice a modest, yet beautiful, shrine with a pond, home to many Koi fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shrine looks very traditional with torii gates and beautiful red paint. There are a few different places to pray and a koi pond filled with lots of big fish. The scene is what I think of when I picture Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The temple is famous for it stairs and it is situated inside the city where you couldn’t believe it really exists.
The stairs are the focus of a ritual carried out in a festival every other year in which a palanquin is carried up and down the stone steps as a symbol of success in life.
Make sure you are taking the stairs or if you want a easy way yes they are it is at the side of the shrine.
Cool pond and shrine, not too big could encounter more koi fish, way the worth.
The way to the temple is clear with the Google maps you need to take the main road if you are aiming for the stairs.
