★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約なしていったら、「予約してますか？」→「してません」、「では外でお待ちください」（待合室に座っていたら追い出される）→「あのう、どれくらい待ちますか？」→「分かりません」→「子供なんで、だいたい何時間とかだけでも教えてほしいのですが」→「全く分かりません」
めちゃくちゃ無愛想で偉そうな受け付けに唖然…何を言っても「予約の方次第ですから」と。
予約しないで行ったことがまるで悪いことのように、ひどい扱いを受けました。
先生は優しいだけに残念な病院です。
二度と行きません。

I was stunned by the unfriendly and great reception... Whatever I said, "It depends on the person who made the reservation."
I was treated terribly as if it was a bad thing to do without reservation.
The teacher is a disappointing hospital because it is kind.
I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末に行ったからかかなり混んでいましたが、受付の方も先生もすごく優しくて対応が良かったです。
先生が親身になっていろいろお話してくださいましたし、『頑張って一緒に治しましょうね』と言ってもらい感動しました。他の病院でそんなふうに言ってもらったことなかったので。
処方されたお薬もよく効きました。
It was quite crowded because I went to the end of the year, but both the receptionist and the teacher were very kind and responsive.
I was impressed that the teacher was kind enough to talk with me and said, “Let's do our best and cure together”. I hadn't been told that at another hospital.
The prescribed medicine worked well.

受付、看護師の、動きがスムーズで気持ちが良いです。
自身の皮膚疾患と、息子の湿疹で伺いましたが、どちらもしっかり治りました。
My friendship was not good, but she gave me good treatment and prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約無しでいったのですが、すぐに診ていただきました。 優しく丁寧な看護婦さんでした。 以前別の病院で処方された薬で眠くなったことを伝えたら、親身になって私にあう薬を処方してくれました。 院内も清潔で新しくよかったです(^-^)

予約は必須ですが予約通りに行けばスムーズに診察していただけましたし、最近はごく当たり前のことかと思います。
ここの地域は人口が密集しているので予約なしで行けば待たされるのも当然かと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どのような治療方法が選択肢にありそれぞれのメリット・デメリットをきちんと説明して下さるとても良い先生です。副作用やお金、プライバシーに関する不安なども患者のニーズをヒアリングした上で対応して下さいます。「一緒に治して行きましょう」というスタンスで接して下さるのも治療を継続する上でとても励みになります。予約していないと受診が出来ないという批判的なコメントが見られますが、診察時間を担保していないクリニックに果たして良いサービスが提供できるのでしょうか？当日のネット予約が埋まっていても電話であれば当日でも予約が取れる場合もあります。長く付き合えるかかりつけ医を探している方にはおすすめのクリニックです。
