I was able to enjoy the life of that time by seeing the ruins of the Asuka period.

A trace of the Asuka village's leak (water watch). As it is maintained, it is easy to observe. Speaking of greed, there is an explanatory signboard, but I'm glad if I understand it in more detail. I think that it is more rewarding if there is a realistic explanation that will inspire the way of water flow and how it was used.

It is said that it was made to make the time accurate. The era name begins with Taika, but did the middle-aged and big-brother princes have the same feelings as this and the time management of the water clock? As soon as I thought.

I'm impressed that it appears as the legend says. The important place was the narrow road by default, and there are remnants of the standing roads that remain in various places so that the troops will not be attacked. The narrow roads in this area are dangerous even by motorcycle, so it is better to go around by bicycle.

Infrastructure development is necessary to establish it as a nation. Roads, irrigation, and other social systems. Another important thing is the unit. Weight Length Time Money etc ..... Considering the infrastructure development of Japan, this is an unreasonably important archaeological site. Details are on display at the Asuka Museum, so it would be nice to visit after the tour.

Although it is the first clock in Japan made by the Emperor Tenji, it seems to be insanely important, but it is left unattended. The view of Asuka from here is really beautiful. I think in Heijokyo, but it's very strange to think that this was also the capital at its peak.

It is said that it was the first leak in Japan, that is, the trace of a water clock, which is said to have been made by the Prince of the Middle Ages, and it is mentioned in the Nihon Shoki. This pillar trace is the trace of a digging pillar building, and it seems that the water of the Asuka River flowing nearby was drawn into the building to measure the time. According to the records, it was June 10th that the first clock announcement was made in Japan, so a "time anniversary" was established to commemorate it.
