r	ryo account.1212 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この度はお世話になりました。以前にも別のヨガスタジオでお世話になった経験がございましたが、正直、少し行きにくさを感じ、ヨガからは離れていましたが、今回Asthana Yoga Studio様で初めてお世話になり、参加するまでは非常に緊張し、参加を躊躇う気持ちがかなり大きかったですが、実際参加してみて、またヨガを再開する気持ちにさせて頂きました。スタッフの皆様も気さくに接してくださり、男性１人でも気軽に参加できる環境が整えられており、非常に参加しやすかったです。長年悩んでいた肩こりもかなり楽になり、次のレッスンが待ち遠しい次第です。ありがとうございました。　今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。 I appreciate your kindness at this time.
