★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸時代,現在の麻生小学校の場所に麻生藩陣屋があり,その周囲に藩士の屋敷が並んでいてその一つが藩の家老職を勤めた畑家
現・麻生藩家老屋敷記念館である
豪壮な入母屋造の茅葺き屋根が特徴
主屋は1856年に火災で焼失し翌年に再建
1890年,福田家の所有となり1991年に福田家より 旧麻生町に寄付された
上層武家住宅の遺構は県内にも数が少なく貴重なもの
この日は見学できなかった
館内に展示されていると思われる麻生御殿向表御間取は市指定有形文化財

静かな場所で落ち着きます。
駐車場は目の前になります。

少し分かりにくい場所ですが、なかなか趣があるましたよ。
お近くに行った際に寄ってみればいかがですか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歴史を感じる建物、茅葺屋根が良いですね!屋敷内はベンチもあり小休止もできます。とりあえず、詳しい内容は屋内にパンフレット等が置かれていますので頂いてくると良いでしょう。駐車場?あり、トイレ?？
A historic building with a thatched roof is good! There are benches in the mansion so you can take a short break. For the time being, pamphlets etc. are placed indoors for detailed contents, so it would be good to have them. There is a parking lot ?, a toilet ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻生城から東に500m程の場所にあります。
江戸幕府成立後、1604年に麻生藩が成立した際に重臣として迎えられた畑家の屋敷です。
話が脱線しますが、麻生藩主の新庄直頼さんは近江地方の出で、大津城主でした。
関ヶ原合戦では西軍についたために、戦後処理で改易されてしまいますが、後に赦免されます。その際、この地に３万石を与えられ大名(１万石以上を有する武家)として復帰します。
赦免された理由は西側についた経緯によるもの。周辺の緒大名がほぼ西軍であったため、東軍につくのが難しかったから。
もうひとつは徳川家康と親密な交流があったから。色々調べると囲碁仲間だったなんて話もありますね。
そんな新庄直頼さんの元で家老として活躍した畑氏の屋敷なのでした。
