温もりのある素晴らしい保育園です。子どもにしっかり向き合い保護者までも温かく包み込んでくださる保育士と保育補助の先生方、園をより良くしようと日々子どもや保護者やスタッフに寄り添う東海林園長、子どもの成長や育児に関わる不安にいつでも励ましをくださいます。透明性も高く、保育補助の先生も多く本当に手厚く子どもを見てくださるので、非常に安心感があります。この園ではスタッフの方々の関係性が非常に良く、職場環境が良いからこそ、皆さんが子どもに対してもいつも大らかで笑顔を絶やさないでいただけ、熱意を持ち続けて子どもを保育していただけていると明らかに感じます。認可保育園ではなくあえてこの保育園に子どもをお願いしている保護者の方が多く、良い距離感のゆるい連帯で繋がり、保護者間トラブルとは無縁でした。先生方が一生懸命準備してくださるイベントには毎回驚かされるとともに、感動と感謝の気持ちで胸がいっぱいになります。声楽家でもある東海林園長が音楽関連のイベントに積極的です。
