路地を間違えると通り過ぎてしまう。
一軒家なので、躊躇します。
ウサギさんに対する思いが凄い。
クレームをつける人へ、
掃除が出来ていないとか、汚らしいと思うな。嫌なら、行かない方がいいです。
沢山のウサギさんを飼っていると掃除は大変ですよ？
ウサギさんの掃除した事ありますか？
掃除してたらカフェのオープンが出来ないと思います。
ウサギさんは元気にしています。
ミニレッキスを抱っこ出来たのは 嬉しいです。
ヤンチャなウサギさんですが、手触りが気持ち良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うさぎホテルを数年に渡り、利用しました。
本当にうさぎの扱いに慣れていて、
こちらが四苦八苦する爪切りも決して押さえつけることなく、目の前でやっていただけます。
優しく接してくださり、本当にうさぎが好きなことが伝わるので、安心できました。
住宅街にあるので、最初は私も不安でしたが、
入ればあたたかい空間でした。
匂いは確かに私も気になります。
ただ、動物である以上匂いはあると思いますし、私は店主の方のうさぎの扱いを見て、信頼して通いました。

・店は普通の家ですので少々入りにくいです。（たまたま他のお客さんが出てきたところで、中のことを教えてくださったので入りやすかったですが。）
・お店自体はそこまで広くありません。
・お店の人のウサギに対する情熱はわかるのですが、少々押し付けが強いです。（以前に10年ウサギを飼っていたのですが、その話をするとこちらの飼い方を否定ばかりされました。）
・お店の人のウサギの扱いが少々雑です。（うちの子供もドン引きでした。）
・ウサギと触れ合った後、食べ物と飲み物を注文しましたが、ナイフとフォークの入っていたカゴにはウサギの毛が入っていました。（衛生的にアウトかと思います。）
・ウサギ関連の商品も多く扱っていましたが、棚の上の方にある商品には埃とウサギの毛がかなりついておりました。（掃除がきっちり行き届いていないかと思います。）
・金額設定が少々高めです。（安い飲食物もありますが。）
結果 もう行くことはないと思います。

2~3年前に数回ホテルを利用していたものです。
少し前の情報なので参考になるかはわかりませんが、
大切な家族を預けるために必要な情報は提供しようと思い、レビューに至りました。
結論から申し上げると、
こちらのホテルには "預けない方がいい" です。
店主の対応もいいですし、爪切りのサービスも毎回してくださいました。
ただ何より環境がずさん...臭いがひどい...。
動物園とは比べものにならない想像以上のツンとした匂い。
1日しか預けてないのに、帰ってくる頃にはうちの子は足が真っ黄色に染まっていて、身体に部屋の臭いが染み付いていました。
トイレを完璧にマスターしてる子なので、トイレ以外でおしっこをすることはまずありえません。
ただ行くたびに店主がゲージを洗っている姿は見受けられたので、少ないスタッフ数で対応しきれない量のうさぎさん達がいるのだと思います。
カフェのうさぎさんを含め、部屋を掃除してもらえずに、エサも適量もらえていない子たちがひしめき合っている状態です。
ほぼ多頭飼育崩壊の現場と似た雰囲気さえ感じます。
安いから、家から近いからという理由で預けるなら、ここの環境はお世辞にもオススメできません。
本気のレビューが少しでも参考になれば嬉しいです。

But above all, the environment is sloppy ... the smell is terrible ....

I left it for only one day, but by the time I got home, my child had his feet dyed yellow and his body was soaked with the smell of the room.
As a child who masters the toilet perfectly, it is unlikely that he will pee outside the toilet.
However, I saw the shop owner washing the gauge every time I went, so I think there are a lot of rabbits who can't handle it with a small number of staff.
The room is crowded with children, including the rabbit in the cafe, who haven't been able to clean the room and haven't received the proper amount of food.
I even feel an atmosphere similar to the scene of the collapse of multi-headed breeding.
The environment here is not recommended as a compliment if you leave it because it is cheap and close to your house.

入店した際の臭い、抜け毛などの対策が追いついておらず不衛生感が否めません。
また、店主の方のうさぎへの接し方が少々雑に感じました。狭いケージの中で三匹飼育していたり、うさぎの首根っこを掴んで移動させたり、、、。客であるはずの私の預けたうさぎにさえその扱い、、、その部分の毛が抜けすぎて毛色が変わってしまいました。もう利用することは無いと思います。

I cannot deny the feeling of unsanitary conditions because the measures such as odor and hair loss when entering the store have not caught up.
Also, I felt that the shop owner's way of dealing with rabbits was a little messy. I keep three rabbits in a narrow cage, or grab the rabbit's neck and move it. Even my rabbit, which was supposed to be a guest, was treated as such, and the hair on that part fell out too much and the coat color changed. I don't think I will use it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちもウサギを飼っていますが、、、もう二度と行くことはないかと思います。他のウサギ専門のお店は匂いも扱いもこんなことなかったからビックリしました。
多頭飼育崩壊的な感じがしますね。。。
そしてオーダー性だけど、いらないです。時間もかかるしこちらは早く帰りたいのに、話ばかりされる。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very cramped! That being said, they do try to maximize the use of the cafe space and the upstairs space (where you do the actual petting). It's only 500¥/30 min or 900¥/1 hour.
Petting: Quite a variety of rabbits to pet. Most seemed happy to be touched, while others just kept to themselves. You can pick one to have sit on your lap. We had a really lovely time with them! However, the cages could be kept a bit cleaner.
Cafe: You are required one drink or food purchase after the petting session. Most were reasonably priced at 400-700¥ and the desserts were cutely rabbit-themed.
Not bad, value-wise. Worth passing through if you want some rabbit time!

I got the strawberry parfait. It was sooo goof. I should have mixed everything together first. Not too sweet.
The rabbits, they had all different kinds and all were friendly. So soft and calm. Loved it!
The owners dont speak english tho... we communicated through google translat hahah.
