女性店員に電話で概要を伝えてお店まで行ったあげく、初めての利用なら受けれない、ネットにも書いてあると言われ、ネット見るとそんな事は一切書いてなく、責任者からの電話をお願いしたところ何時間も待たされ、かかってきたと思えば誠意のない対応のあげく、もっと上の会社の責任者からの連絡を要求したところ、二日間放置されて、今だに連絡なし。
命を預かる仕事でネットに書いてるとか適当な対応を平気でする店です。動物を命を預かる資格ないと思います。自覚のない店員に自覚のない責任者、大事な家族をこんな店に預けない方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年こちらでトイプードルの男の子を家族として迎え入れましました。ホームセンターのペットショップはあまり良い印象ではありませんでしたが、買い物ついでに運命的に出会ってしまいました。店員さんがとても丁寧で知識も豊富だったので安心して踏み切ることができました。トリマーさんも優しいので、トリミングを嫌がることなく毎月喜んで綺麗にしてもらっています。飼った後もマメに相談に乗って頂き、丁寧にアドバイスしてくれるのでとてもよかったです。
Last year we welcomed a Toy Poodle boy as a family. The home improvement pet store didn't look very good, but I met my destiny while I was shopping. The clerk was very polite and knowledgeable, so I was able to take the course with confidence. The trimmer is also kind, so I am happy to get it clean every month without dislike trimming. It was very nice to have Mame consult with me and give me a careful advice even after raising it.
