5kg単位で購入できるのと、その場で精米してくれるので、鮮度の良いお米が食べられます。
県内産コシヒカリや御牧ケ原コシヒカリなどの周辺のお米が販売しており、新潟産コシヒカリやコシヒカリ以外の銘柄もあります。
価格は、スーパーのお米に比べたら少し高めです。県内産コシヒカリは10kg当たり3,600円程度です。
購入したてのお米はとても美味しいです。
以前は、ホームセンターでコシヒカリのお米(10kg当たり3,000円程度)を購入して食べていましたが、お米をホームセンターから足柄食糧に変更したときは、自分でも変化が感じるぐらい、お米の1粒1粒がしっかりしていました。炊き込みご飯にしてをしてもべちゃべちゃにはなりません。
支払い方法は、現金とpaypayが使えます。
