ら	らるふ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 計3回ほど利用させてもらいました。まだどんなひとがいるのかわからなかった為担当を決めておらず、それぞれ違う方が担当してくれました。 1回目と2回目はずっと前からやりたかったカットとカラーの写真を見せて、こちらの意見も聞きつつ「こちらの方が理想に近づくと思いますがどうでしょうか？」と提案して頂きとても素敵な状態に仕上げて頂きとても良かったのでリピーターになろうかと考えていたところでした。ここで終われば星5つでクチコミでした。ただ、3回目の利用の時に1回目と2回目同様、写真を見せてこういう髪型でお願いしますと理想を伝えたにも関わらず、仕上げ前の確認の時に違う状態でしたので、こちらをもう少し短くして欲しいと伝えたところ、写真の確認や本人の意思関係なく、「この髪型はこういうスタイルなんで」と言われ... 提案さえしてくれれば良いものを、一言で終わらせられたので、納得してません。したい髪型があるから。プロじゃないし、セルフで切るのが難しいから利用したのに！！美容師の方もこだわりがあったりするのもわかるんですが、一般の方が美容師みたいに髪型のスタイルなんて一から勉強してるわけないので、知るかってのが正直なとこです。このたった一回ですが、顔を見るのも嫌なのでもう二度と利用しないです。残念でならないです。 I used it three times in total.
