★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内がとても狭くてすれ違うのもやっとな感じ。混んでいると後ろを通る人に気を使いながらなのでゆっくり試したり出来ない。
陳列もメーカー別になってたり、ジャンル別になってたり、ゴチャゴチャしていて買いたいものを見つけるのが大変。
ランキングコーナーも、あくまでお店で扱っている限られたメーカー、ブランドの中でのランキングで、アットコスメサイトと連動しておらず参考にならない。
The store is very narrow and it's also a feeling that it is passing each other. When it is crowded, I can not try it slowly because I use the people who are behind me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフがひどい。レジがサーバーエラーになり、30分以上20人ぐらいが並ばされた。
問題はその先にあり、店側のトラブルなのに並ばされたままの客全員にスタッフが声がけをしてきたが、まさかのポイントカードの加入を営業してきた。
それはさすがに神経を疑った。
謝るのが先だろ。それをなぜかポイントカードの営業をしてきた。チャンスでしたか？
もう二度といかない
The staff is terrible. The cashier got a server error and about 20 people were lined up for more than 30 minutes.
