優しくて頭の回転の早い店長さん。
楽しそうにお仕事進めるスタイリストさん。
緊張しつつも、周りを良く見ているアシスタントさん。
皆さんとても良い感じの方々でした (=^ェ^=)
店内は三密を避ける為にも 入口を解放し、座席の間には透明のカーテンを下げてましたし、お客同士が隣合わせにならない様にご案内している様でした。
このご時世、店舗を開けるのも大変ですよね。
カーテンにしてもそうだし、入口解放しているせいで 空調の為の電気代がいつもより多くなる事でしょう。
一人一人のちょっとした心がけが垣間見る事が出来た店舗でした。

前回は6月の緊急事態宣言明けに来店し、徹底した感染予防対策に驚いたのですが、今回は更に何の心配もなく安心して利用する事が出来ました。
カット・パーマ・トリートメント全ての場面で、マスクを外さずに施術して頂けるし、タオルや器具の都度除菌&交換と、隣のお席との間の感染予防シートの除菌も、小まめにして下さいます。
お店の雰囲気は、髪を洗う場所が奥まった所にあり、フロアとは違った癒しのBGMに暗い照明とシャンプーの柑橘の香りで、プライベートサロンのようにかなりリラックス出来ます！
シャンプーの担当の方が、どの方に当たっても皆さんとてもお上手で、本当にいつも心地好いです。
今回も、私の我が儘で、ああして欲しいこうして欲しい、これが心配(骨格や髪質のことで)...等と要望を沢山お伝えしてしまいましたが、日々のスタイリングや伸びてきた時にどうなるか等の面も含めて、とても丁寧に説明して下さり、納得してお任せする事が出来ました！
技術面は、もちろん完璧です！！
そこそこ高級感のあるサロンではありますが、入店した瞬間から居心地がほんわか良いのと、座り心地の良い椅子にスタッフの方々の楽しいお話で、長時間の施術でも全く疲れなかったです。
また、クーポンも頻繁に配信されるので、この技術力と安心のサービスでこの価格？！とすら思えます。
今後も引き続きこちらのお店でお任せしたいと思います！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて来店しました。カット、カラーをお願いしましたが、的確なアドバイスを頂き、仕上がりもとても気に入ってます。シャンプーも力加減が丁度良くて、スッキリしました。予約時間よりかなり早く行ってしまったにもかかわらず、臨機応変に対応していただきありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の雰囲気、スタッフ皆さんの対応、コロナの感染対策もしっかりしていて、とても過ごしやすいです。いつも菊池さんに担当していただいてますが、自分は髪質が固く毛量も多く扱いずらい髪質だと思いますが、いい感じに仕上げてくださいます。初めて施術してもらったヘッドスパも気持ちよかったです。次回はオススメしていただいたカラーを入れてみようかと思います。コロナ禍でなかなか出かけられないですが、髪型を変えるだけでも気分転換できてよかったです。またお願いします！

Ashの他の店舗には何度も行ったことがあり信頼感があったので残念でした。
