野	野田政之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移転後新しくなったが、ホスピタリティを失った。腕のよい医師や看護士は次々と辞めて行き、今や藪医者屋敷となっている。車いすのトイレはあるが、待合室には車いすのスペースは全くない。親切な方々はいなくなった。処方箋はA4の用紙に変更したり、様々な手続きもずさん。83 歳の実母が死ぬまでの付き合い。早く縁を切りたい。本日は母の眼科を受診。唯一、視力検査の技師さん、看護士は優秀。ただし、白内障の手術等で高齢者が多く、車いすが何台も狭い待合室で右往左往。密を避けろ、会話するなとあるが、常設の椅子では足りないのか、狭いところにさらに椅子を並べている。車いすは通れない。検査室の検査台の間隔がさらに狭く、車いすのままでは１台がやっと入れる程度。車いすの患者さんは「自立歩行可能」な別の患者さんに順番をとばされる。カンファレンス室がないため、手術の説明は、混雑している待合室で行われる。プライバシーもない。まして、マスクは距離の代替にはならないとされているのに、高齢者に説明するので、看護士さんの声は大きく、飛沫とやらの配慮もない。介助のため付き添ってきているご家族さんと一緒にすわれないほど混んでいるのが目に入らないようだ。ホスピタリティはここにはない。 It was new after the move, but lost hospitality. However, there are many elderly people due to cataract surgery, etc., and many wheelchairs go back and forth in a small waiting room. It is said that you should avoid the crowds and talk, but maybe the permanent chairs are not enough, you have more chairs in a narrow space. Wheelchairs cannot pass. The distance between the inspection tables in the inspection room is even narrower, and one can only fit in a wheelchair. A patient in a wheelchair is skipped by another patient who is "independently walkable". Since there is no conference room, surgery explanations are given in a crowded waiting room. There is no privacy. Moreover, although masks are not considered to be a substitute for distance, the nurses' voices are loud and there is no consideration for splashes because they explain to the elderly. It seems that you can't see it being so crowded with the family members who are accompanying you for caregiving. Hospitality is not here.

They did two xrays, fixed.my finger and the entire time I had a radiologist as a translator who filled out all the forms in Japanese for me and helped me every step of the way. 5 minutes wait. The radiology was very fast and professional. Absolutely perfect service in an emergency. I couldn't have asked for anything better, all staff from security at the front door, reception, nurses, doctors and my personal wonderful translator were amazing.
