伊	伊藤代司子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年程前に庭木と芝生を張って頂きました。価格は確かに安かったですが、何本か植えるのに間隔は目測で測ったので間隔はバラバラ。芝の貼り方は地面がボコボコ。入れた土は芝専用の新しい土ではなく、その辺にあった石がゴロゴロ入っているような、空地か何処かの土かと思うようなもの。お陰で小さな雑草がどんどん生えてくるように… 隣家が別の施工会社に同時期に依頼したが、芝生専用の新しい土を入れたので、草は殆ど生えず。ホームページではいい事ばかり書いてあったので、依頼したが、素人目に見ても“雑さ”が明らか。こんな施工なら、植木と芝を自分で買って、自分でやれば良かった… 依頼した内容が高額じゃないと、キチンとした施工はして貰えないのでしょうか…残念です。 I had a garden and a lawn about 2 years ago. l	lovetennis 530 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の接客を社長にされました。家族４人でアポイント通り訪問したにもかかわらず、立ちっぱなしのまま待たされ、出てきた社長は横柄な態度。こんなに愚弄されたのは初めてです。庭木の買い増しに訪れたのですが、しょぼい客は興味ないという態度を取ってきたので、早々に退散しました。太い客以外、興味ないのでしょうね。ホームページのQ＆Aに書いてあるような、真心こもった対応など全く感じられません。芝生の相談をしましたが、施工範囲が狭いとわかると、「自分でやったほうがいいよ」と施工を断るようなアドバイス。。。帰り道に家族に謝りながら帰る羽目になりました。二度と行かないです。 The worst customer service was made the president.
