米	米谷量平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 孫の手さんの「food camp」に参加しました！郡山市日和田町の生産者・椎根さんの美味しい枝豆、須賀川市のイタリア料理店「フェッラゴースト」のシェフ・岩﨑さんの料理ともに大変美味しく感動しました。食事の際、テーブル下に冷たい水の入ったバケツも用意されていて、足を入れて涼しむことができ、「ホスピタリティ高い」を連呼してしまいました。社長さんの志を聞くこともでき、地域に根差したとても良い会社さんだと思います。 Participated in "food camp" by Ms. Sono! I was very impressed with the delicious green soybeans of Mr. Shiine, the producer of Hiwada Town, Koriyama City, and the chef of Mr. Iwasaki, the chef of the Italian restaurant "Ferra Ghost" in Sukagawa City. H	Hikaru Ishiguro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7/5に設楽農園さんのきゅうりのイタリアンランチコースツアーに参加しました。生産者さんの楽しくて分かりやすいきゅうりの説明にArigatoの高林シェフの美味しいイタリアン、いつも脇役のきゅうりの見る目が変わりました。そして、孫の手トラベルのスタッフさんの細やかな配慮やおもてなしのスタイルにも感動しました。食べることが大好きな方、いつも食卓に並ぶ野菜の魅力を知りたい方、普段旅行に行くことがなかなかない方でも楽しめるツアーだと思います。孫の手トラベルの他のツアーにも参加したくなりました。 I participated in the Italian lunch course tour of cucumber by Shitara Farm on 7/5. The delicious and easy-to-understand explanation of the cucumbers by the producers changed the look of the delicious Italian cucumbers by Arigato's chef Takabayashi. I was also impressed by the delicate consideration and hospitality style of the grandchild's hand travel staff. I think this tour can be enjoyed by people who love eating, people who want to know the charm of vegetables that always line up on the dining table, and people who do not usually go on a trip. I also wanted to join another tour of my grandson's hand travel.
大	大津京 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/30の長谷川純一さん・会津伝統野菜のFood Campに参加しました。長谷川さんの畑では、雪下キャベツの苗植え体験など、磐梯山が見える広い畑で、久しぶりに土や植物と触れ合え、楽しかったです。会津伝統野菜の復活のストーリーや、種の選定方法を聞いたのも面白かったです。その後は、ランチはたわわに実ったぶどう棚の下のロングテーブルでの食事！白いクロスのかかったロングテーブルに、フォークやナイフ、かわいいかぼちゃの飾りが並び、贅沢な「一日限りの畑のレストラン」を楽しみました。会津伝統野菜を使ったシェフのお料理も美味しく、話を聞きながら食べられるので、何倍にも美味しく感じました。繰り返し、こういったツアーを行っている孫の手トラベルさんのサービスも素晴らしく、おもてなしを感じました。コロナの対策もしっかりとられ、安心して参加できました。それ以上に、こういうご時世ではあるけど、だからこそ人とのつながりや食の楽しさを伝えたいという、生産者、シェフ、Food Campの心意気を感じました。ぜひ今後も継続して行ってほしいですし、いろんな方におすすめしたいです！ Junichi Hasegawa and Aizu traditional vegetables Food Camp on 8/30. Forks, knives, and cute pumpkin decorations lined up on a long table with a white cloth, and I enjoyed the luxurious "one-day field restaurant". The chef's dishes using traditional Aizu vegetables are also delicious, and I can eat while listening to the story, so I felt it was many times more delicious. Repeatedly, the service of Mr. Backscratcher Travel, who is doing such a tour, was also wonderful, and I felt the hospitality. Corona measures were taken firmly, and I was able to participate with peace of mind. More than that, I felt the spirit of producers, chefs, and Food Camp who wanted to convey the connection with people and the enjoyment of food, even though it was such a time. I hope you will continue to do so in the future, and I would like to recommend it to various people!
