★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は冬は極寒、夏は灼熱の如く暑かったですが、空調が完備されてからとても利用しやすくなりました。息子たちの総体はここで行われてますので、夏場冷房が入るのは、保護者としてとても助かります。
It used to be extremely cold in winter and scorching in summer, but it has become very easy to use since it was fully air-conditioned. Since the whole sons are done here, it is very helpful as a guardian to have air conditioning in the summer.

設備も周辺の施設より綺麗ですし
何より安い！朝霞市民は100円 周辺市民は200円で2時間利用できます。
I use the training room weekly.
The facilities are cleaner than the surrounding facilities.
Cheaper than anything! Asaka citizens can use it for 2 hours for 100 yen, and 200 yen for neighboring residents.

This is the place I went to at the corona vaccination site in Asaka City. Since it is a gymnasium, it was spacious and I was able to receive it with peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there in the summer and there is no air conditioning so it was extremely hot in the viewing seats. However, the sporting area is cooler due to the air control. There are locker rooms, showers and other facilities available.
