★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三田線「本蓮沼駅」A4出口から徒歩10分ほど。「板橋本町」A1出口またはA3出口からだと徒歩13分ほどです。とはいえとても広い施設なので訪問場所によってはこれ以上に時間がかかる場合もあります。またJR「赤羽駅」からバスも出ています。バスは国際興業バスの5番乗場「トンネル経由 赤羽車庫」行き（15分前後）に乗り、HPSC南下車徒歩3分程です。
日本のハイパフォーマンススポーツ（スポーツの卓越性を目指すスポーツ活動）の中核拠点として、様々な日本のスポ―ツの強化していく組織のようです。
組織概要を見ると以下のようなことでした。つまり、このHPSCの傘下にいろいろな関連組織があるような感じで日本のスポーツ強化の元締め的な感じなんですかね？（こんな組織があるのはしりませんでしたがｗ）

 About 10 minutes walk from Exit A4 of "Motohasunuma Station" on the Mita Line. It is about a 13-minute walk from Exit A1 or Exit A3 of Itabashi Honcho. However, it is a very large facility, so it may take longer depending on the place you visit. There is also a bus from JR "Akabane Station". Take the Kokusai Kogyo Bus bound for "Akabane Shako via Tunnel" (around 15 minutes), get off at HPSC Minami, and walk for about 3 minutes.
It seems to be an organization that strengthens various Japanese sports as a core base of Japan's high performance sports (sports activities aiming for sports excellence).
Looking at the organization outline, it was as follows. In other words, it feels like there are various related organizations under the umbrella of this HPSC, and it feels like a motive for strengthening sports in Japan. (I didn't know there was such an organization, but w)
