★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去費用を沢山取られました。旭化成不動産レジデンスという所でした。どこも同じだと思いますが退去時に凄い金額を請求されましたので
地方から出てきた方は特に注意して下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの浴室乾燥機が壊れたため連絡したところ、修理に来てくれる予定だったのに型番を再度控えて帰るのみだったり、電話でも名前を間違え、かなり日程を調整してようやく修理の日となったら10時の約束なのに9時に業者が来るなどあり、最悪でした。
以前、駐車場を借りたいとお願いしたときも、明確でない理由でごねるのみに見え、誠実には思えません。
二度と関与したくない会社です。少なくとも管理会社としては確実にお勧めできない会社です。

②大家宅からの騒音被害を受け、管理会社に連絡→担当が現状を把握せずに言い訳ばかり。終いにはキレ気味口調で話される。
対応が最悪な管理会社です。
二度と利用しません。

(2) Received noise damage from the landlord's house and contacted the management company → The person in charge just made excuses without grasping the current situation. At the end, it is spoken in a sharp tone.
It is a management company with the worst response.
I will never use it again.

顧客対応が最低です。

警察はこちらの会社の対応はおかしいと仰っていました。
2度と関わりたくない会社です。
