★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RC造物件、築浅、家賃安めだったので入居しましたが、考えが甘かった。安いには安いなりの理由があることを痛感しました。
まず、RC利点とは？と思うくらいに騒音が酷い。足音人の声が日常的に気になるし、配管位置が悪いのかシャワーなどの水の流れる音が直で響きます。
そして住居者の一部にマナーが悪い人がおり、家の周りにゴミが散乱してることもしばしば…。夜中にDIYでもやってんのか？と思うほどのガタガタ音が響いていることも。
2階の3部屋が特にゴミと騒音が酷い。
そして管理会社もレベルが低い。管理費は月8千円と高額な割に定期清掃が3ヶ月くらいに1度の頻度で草ボウボウ、クモの巣はり放題。(そしてゴミ散乱)
知識も経験も無い会社として評価されています。
安くて新しい物件であることは間違いないが、よく検討して入居されることをお勧めします。
 I moved in because it was an RC building, wasn't built, and the rent was cheaper. I realized that there is a reason why cheap is cheap.
First, what is the RC advantage? The noise is so severe that I think. The voices of footsteps are a daily concern, and the sound of flowing water, such as showers, sounds directly, whether the piping position is bad.
And some of the residents have bad manners, and trash is often scattered around the house. Are you doing DIY in the middle of the night? There is also a rattling sound that I think.
The 3 rooms on the 2nd floor are particularly bad for garbage and noise.
And management companies are also low level. The management fee is 8,000 yen per month, but regular cleaning is performed once every three months, and you can use grass bows and spider webs as much as you want. (And trash scattering)
It is evaluated as a company with no knowledge or experience.
It's definitely a cheap and new property, but we recommend that you consider it carefully.
