エルセーヌは体の中の血管・血流から変えてリバウンドをしない体づくりをしています。
ただ体重を落とすことを狙いにしているだけではなく「8頭身のボディづくり」「女性らしいスタイル」に特化しているので、私はただただ3か月くらいで痩せれればいいや！と思っていましたが、それじゃ意味がないことを教えてくれました。
スタッフの皆さんも本当に本気の気持ちで向き合ってくれて、通われているお客様も本気なので励みになります。
エステ任せではなく、自分でも運動したり食事に気を付けたり、少なからず頑張らないといけないのはどこのエステも同じだと思いますが、特にエルセーヌは他よりも自分自身の普段の生活を変えないと結果も追い付いてきません。ですが、スタッフの方も色々アドバイスをして私を変えようとしてくれているので、私も食事や生活にお金をかけている以上、頑張ろうと思えるお店です。
本気で自分を変えるなら、絶対エルセーヌです！
