煮	煮物は正義 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の問い合わせで応対を悪く感じてしまい、訪問候補から外しました。問い合わせ内容は『別の和真メガネで購入したメガネを壊してしまった際の補償が出来るか』です。出来る旨の説明はしていただけましたが、トゲのある…というか嫌そうな口調だったので『他店舗の補償なんてしたくないんだな』という印象を受けました。他の店舗はどうかと気になり二店舗ほど同じ問い合わせをしましたが、丁寧な説明と対応をいただけました。また『他の和真さんでメガネを購入』というと『お買いあげ、ありがとうございます』とお礼もいただけたのですが、それに比べてしまうとこちらの応対はどうなのかと疑問に思ってしまいます。 I felt uncomfortable with the telephone inquiries, so I excluded them from the candidates for visit. The content of the inquiry is "Can I compensate if I break the glasses I bought with another Washin glasses?" I was able to explain that I could do it, but I got the impression that I didn't want to compensate for other stores because it had a thorny tone. I was worried about the other stores and made the same inquiries about the two stores, but they gave me a polite explanation and response. Also, when I said "I bought glasses with another Kazuma-san", I was thankful for "Thank you for purchasing", but compared to that, I wonder how this response is.
