鍵を無くしたら大家さんは来てくれないので業者呼んで壊して付け替えて5万はかかりますよと騙されて、エイブルライフサポートとかいうゴミサービスを2万で契約してしまいました。
大家さんもエイブルに騙されて、鍵を全部入居者（私）に渡すよう言われて、大家さんは鍵持ってませんからねとエイブルに念押しされました。しかし後日、鍵を一つ渡してほしいと大家さんから連絡があり、渡しました。大家さんは「鍵を失くしたら電話してくれれば開けに行くよ」と言って下さり、エイブルに騙されたことに気付きました。
あの手この手で必要のないオプションを押し売りしてこようとしてきます。気を付けて下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居までの手続きは業務的な部分を感じるものの、こちらの要望をしっかり聞いてくれる印象でした。妻の妊娠を期に引っ越しを考えていたので静かな暮らしを求めていた所、大きな公園が近くにある閑静な住宅地で子育てにもぴったりのとても良い物件を紹介して頂けたと感謝しておりました。入居後、しばらくは満足な毎日でしたが1ヶ月後に上の階に引っ越して来た方が夜中1時頃にドタドタ足音を立ててうるさかったり、朝4時位まで大騒ぎしてベランダからタバコの吸い殻や嘔吐物が落とされてきておりエイブルに連絡した所、初めは上階の方に注意してくれていたのですが、こちらから何度か連絡を入れていた為かその後は注意する様子はなくこちらの意見を受け流されている様で一向にうるさいままです。上階の方も下から何か言われたと分かったようでベランダ越しに恫喝の声をあげられ、とてもじゃないけど落ち着いて住めません。アフターサービスを求めなければいい店舗だと思いますので☆3に致します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神山さんにはとても良く対応して頂き、高齢の母の部屋を契約してすることができました。やはり大手のエイブルさんは他社よりも高品質だと感じます。神山さんの気の利いた丁寧な対応は素晴らしいと思いました。
エイブル電気エイブルガス、引越し屋さんも自社あり、サポートセンターの用意も自社されていて、一括でとても便利です。前回もエイブルさんのお世話になりましたが、また次回子供たちの部屋のを探す時にもまたエイブルさんにお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、引っ越しを考えており、物件の内見をお願いする為に連絡をしたところ女性従業員が電話に出られて対応をお願いしたのですが、やたらとすぐの契約を強要され、費用もわからないし、内見もしておらずいい物件も見つかってないのに「いつまでに入居か決めてくれ」しつこく言われました。「まだ予算もわからないし、内見もしてないしいい物件あるかわからないからいつまでとは決めていない。長く住む予定だからすぐ切るつもりはない。」と伝えるとか「でも入居日が決まらないと費用が出せない」と言われ、概算で出すという融通は効かないのかと思いました。「物件を探すのにそんなに急かされるなら他に行くから結構です。」と伝えると「他の不動産屋もみんな入居日は聞いてくる」と言い出しましたが、入居日が決まらないと費用が大体でも出せないやいい物件が決まっていないし本人が急いでいないのに入居日をすぐ決めさせて、すぐに契約させようとする不動産屋は初めてでびっくりしました。
他の不動産屋に行って入居日が決まってなく長く住む事を考えているから急いでないと伝えると、他のところは急かす事はせず一生懸命探してくれています。
SixTONESがCMをしているのでエイブルを利用したかったけど、八王子店は本当に残念です。

When I went to another real estate agent and told him that he wasn't in a hurry because he was thinking of living for a long time without a fixed move-in date, he didn't hurry and searched hard.
I wanted to use ABLE because SixTONES is doing commercials, but I'm really disappointed at the Hachioji store.
