★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本通りの隣の筋です（袋町寄り）。比較的広いスペース（場内での切り返しも可能です）で停めやすい場所だと思います（合計10台）。送迎にも便利な場所です。肉バルの「エルグリル」の目の前にあります。
8時〜22時は50分／500円という変わった料金設定をされています。
目前の道路は一方通行です（車も人通りも多い並木通りからでないと入れません）。他の車や歩行者が多い通りなので、車はゆっくりと走らせましょう。入庫・出庫の際は接触事故などにお気を付けて…。
