I was hurt by the terrible customer service. Both of them seemed to be busy at the store, so I had to put up with it at first, but I had a sloppy attitude until the end. I was really sad when I forgot to give a gift of flowers for 300 yen and asked me to bring only "Papaver rhoeas" without permission.

3	39 39 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ６、７年前から利用してるが最近は店頭に並ぶ花やアレンジを見てあまり利用しなくなった。１年中アレンジなど花束を購入する機会が多いので１００円毎にたまるスタンプカードはすぐにたまり１０００円利用券となるのは有り難いが、やはり飾るにはセンスの良い好きな花束を飾りたいので別のお店を最近は利用することが多くなった。ここ３年くらいかな?たぶん人が変わったからじゃないかと? 他の方も書いているが、スタッフにより忙しいと愛想もなきゃツンケン対応の人がいるが、トータルしてスタッフはそんなに感じは悪くないし、若い女の子で感じのすごく良い子もいる。 Peacock前も同じ系列店舗だが、最近はそちらのほうが欲しいアレンジがあったりする。Peacock昔５、６年前はアレンジもラッピングも下手くそな男性がいて驚いたが、今はスタッフが変わり良くなったかな? 結局、仕入れやアレンジ等はスタッフにより変わるもの! 同価格ならセンスの良さで店を決めるし、センスが良くても接客悪ければ多少高くても感じの良い対応する別の店を選ぶってことかな? 1000円、2000円、3000円価格別のアレンジ増えると嬉しいかな? 500円のがあるがもう少し足したアレンジで気軽に買えて飾りたい1000円位のも扱って欲しいかな!?
