窓口はなく、ATMしかなく、無人です。
給料日などは混んでいて、外まで待っている人の列ができていることもありますが、それ以外の普通の平日ならば基本的に空いています。
駅からも近いですし、個人的にはこの近くの駐輪場をよく使うので、ついでに使えて便利な場所です。

Paydays are crowded and there are people waiting outside, but on other normal weekdays it is basically free.
It is close to the station and I often use this nearby bicycle parking lot, so it is a convenient place to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR阿佐ヶ谷駅からちょっと離れててめんどくさい場所にあります。利用者のマナーが悪くジュースの容器やゴミがおいてあることが珍しくない。無人だから仕方ないけど。
It is located in a troublesome place, a little away from JR Asagaya station. It is not uncommon for users to have bad manners and leave juice containers and garbage. It can't be helped because it's unmanned.
