失	失われた珈琲を求めて on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは好きなお店。男性店主はデザイナーもされていて、こだわりの感じられる店内です。規模の大きい店だと、欠点豆のハンドピックなど雑になる傾向が有りますが、ここは丁寧な仕事をされているとわかります。ここではエチオピアのコーヒーをオススメします。 This is my favorite shop. The male shop owner is also a designer, and it is a shop where you can feel the commitment. Larger stores tend to be messy, such as hand picking of defective beans, but you can see that they are doing a polite job here. We recommend Ethiopian coffee here.
R	R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内装が素敵。珈琲は一杯毎ドリップしてくれる。かき氷は自動でなく手回しで、層によって氷の薄さを変えるこだわり。シロップ諸々で桃一個使うわ、自家製練乳が嘘みたいに美味いわで驚きの連続。店が狭いと居心地悪くて落ち着いて珈琲飲めない事が多いが、不思議とそうでないのは店とオーナーの雰囲気のせいかも。 The interior is nice. A	A T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『旅の途中で豆探し』旅仕事の多い私は、旅先で美味しい豆を探してはホテルの部屋で淹れています。今回は、阿佐ヶ谷の駅前に宿泊。豆も減って来たので検索するといい感じのお店が何軒かヒット。口コミはそこそこに店内写真とメニューをチェック。今回は『ザグリ珈琲』に決定！！駅から北へ7~8分松山通りを行くと右手に有りました。手作り感満載で、コンパネで作ったテーブルと椅子。私の好きな感じです。カウンター内には御夫婦らしき方お二人が、ご主人に『豆も買えますよね。』と聞くとメニューの紙に『今日提供出来る豆は、これとこれとこれとこれ。』と言いながらチェックしてくれた。いつでも全ての豆があるわけでは無く、今日焙煎した豆はこれです、と言うお店でした。先ずはいつも飲んでいるタンザニアを一杯注文して飲むといい感じだ。焙煎者が代わると味も変わる。しっかりした味で美味しい。タンザニアを200g買って早速友人宅で淹れる。『美味しい』丁寧にピックアップされた粒ぞろいの豆だ。もう少し多く買っておけばよかったと、後で後悔をする。＊2021.08.27に投稿していましたが、何故か消えていたので再投稿をしました。 "Finding beans in the middle of a trip" I have a lot of travel work, so I brew delicious beans in my hotel room while traveling.
