★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガイドラインに記載してある不実告知(特定商取引法6条)に基づいて解約を申し出たところ男性に逆ギレされました。「お前は言葉遣いがなっていない」、「笑ってんじゃねえよ」、「もう取引しなくていいんですね。あー良かった」と。言葉遣いがなっていないのはどちらでしょうか?当方の話が理解できないからといって逆切れするのはいかがなものかと思います。これは威迫によるもので特定商取引法(6条2)上の禁止行為に該当します。また、景品の返金請求はガイドライン違反だということをお忘れなく。(全国でトラブル多数)。平気でコンプライアンス違反をしてくる会社です。昔の新聞拡張団みたいです。強引な勧誘で認知機能が弱った高齢者を景品で釣って何年も契約させるような手法なので、数年後にはあるかどうか分からない会社ですけど、一応記録に残しておきます。

"You don't speak the language," "Don't laugh," and "You don't have to trade anymore. Oh, that's good." Which one isn't the wording? I think it's a good idea to get rid of it just because you don't understand our story. This is due to intimidation and falls under the prohibited acts under the Specified Commercial Transactions Law (Article 6.2). Also, don't forget that requesting a refund for a free gift is a violation of the guidelines. (Many troubles nationwide). It is a company that is willing to violate compliance. It's like an old newspaper expansion team. It's a method of catching elderly people whose cognitive function is weakened by forcible solicitation with a free gift and contracting for many years, so it is a company that I do not know if it will be in a few years, but I will keep it in the record for the time being.
