焼きそばとしては独特の味わい。もちもち麺では無いので、好き嫌いは分かれそうですが、店内で出来立てに、ソースをドボドボかけて頂きました。ソースも販売していたので、ついでにソースをお持ち帰りで!賛否両論ですが、個人的には、美味しいですね!

この日は朝から那須塩原に行っていて途中で知り合いに聞いた焼きそば屋に訪問しました。 お店の名前は釜銀。 那須烏山市にあるかなーり老舗感の漂うお店です。 店の前に車を止めて訪問。 年配のお母さんが営業をされていました。 お友達がいらっしゃってお茶入れてくれたり すごくアットホームな雰囲気です。 玉子やイカや肉入りなどいろいろ選ぶことができます。 今回はスペシャル大を注文。 しばらくして提供されたのを見るとなかなかの具沢山な焼きそばです。 目玉焼きがいい感じですなー。 焼きそばはボソッとした感じの細いタイプの麺を使用されてます。 ソースは結構濃いめの味付けで なかなか個性的な焼きそばです。 具材で美味しかったのはイカ。 大きめなカットでプリッとした食感が美味い。 ここのメニューではイカは必食です。 すごいほんわかした雰囲気で 楽しい時間を過ごせるお店でした。
