★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長の方にとても良くして頂いたし、様々な知識を教えてもらった。店長さんはお洒落で車好きな感じでとても感じが良いです。ここで車を買いたいなと思いました。しかし、女性スタッフが少しドライな感じがしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回行ってみましたが、いつも外には誰も出てこず、店内に入っても複数のスタッフが居るにもかかわらず目が合っても誰も声かけもしてこず完全に無視された状態でした。カタログ貰ったり、展示車を見るのも気まずい感じだったので、2回ともすぐ帰りました。対応が良かった他店で購入しました。他の人の評価拝見する限り、客とスタッフによって対応に差があるのでしょうか？見た目で買えない人と判断されたのでしょうか？残念さと悲しさを感じました。購入したお店では、購入前も後も手が空いてるスタッフやすれ違い様のメカの人も含めて、すぐ声かけしてくれたり親切に対応して貰えてます。

It was in a state. It was awkward to get the catalog and see the exhibition car, so I went home immediately both times. I bought it at another store where the correspondence was good. As far as other people's evaluations are concerned, is there a difference in response between customers and staff? Did you decide that you couldn't buy it by appearance? I felt regret and sadness. At the shop where I bought it, including the staff who are free before and after the purchase and the mecha people who pass each other, they immediately talk to me and kindly respond to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アルファ１５６の車検と修理でお世話になりました。古い車でも面倒を見てくれるサービスは助かりました。さすがに新車は手が出ないけど、見たり触れたり助手席に乗せてもらったりすると欲しくなるよ。ファーストオートのスタッフみんな親切ですよ。お姉さん方も綺麗です。
Thank you for the car inspection and repair of Alfa 156. The service that takes care of even old cars was helpful. As expected, I can't afford a new car, but I want it when I see it, touch it, or put it in the passenger seat. All the staff of First Auto are kind. The older sisters are also beautiful.
