そもそも見積もり依頼の際、電話担当者から提案され了承した時間と実際に訪れる担当者からの言われた時間がずれていて、疑問に思いながらも仕方ないと思い了解した。しかし、その時間にすら現れない。平日にとった休暇の半日を潰された。人の時間をなんだと思っているのか全く理解できないし、こんなひどい対応をされた引越し業者は初めてで、二度と頼みたくないし、絶対におすすめできない。星ゼロでいい。

遠方に行くために見積もりをお願いしたのですが、荷造りが全然終わっておらず、足りないものも多い中で見積もりにきて頂きました。
足りないものも多くありましたが、なんとかリストアップして、全部口頭でお伝えして、、かなり多くいったのに、渡せるダンボールは数十箱と告げられました。6畳が埋まるぐらいの量があり、足りないものも多いのにそれだけしかもらえないって、、必要な分は頂けると思っていたので、非常に残念でした。
この時期にクレームはどうかと感じたので、担当の方とせめてダンボール足りない分はお願い出来ないか交渉したいと思い電話しましたが、不在で出られませんでした。ただ受付してくれた方が担当からまた折り返しもらえるとの事でずっと待っていましたが、3日経っても連絡はありません。
私自身お客様ありきの仕事をしているので、休みの日に連絡がないのは仕方ないと思いますが、休みの日に連絡があれば出勤したら自分から連絡するのが筋だと思います。
結果交渉出来ず、ダンボールは購入しました。見積もりは雑、連絡すると言っていたのにしない。正直こういう時代なのに驚きの連続でした。2度と使いたくないですし、オススメもしたくありません。

I couldn't negotiate the result, so I bought cardboard. I didn't say that I would contact you for a rough estimate. To be honest, it was a series of surprises in such an era. I don't want to use it again and I don't want to recommend it.
