佐	佐伯きり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 働いているスタッフの年齢層がとても若いです。登録をしに行った際に、事務所内でお仕事をされている社員さんの姿も見え、声も丸聞こえなのに平気で〇〇(多分派遣されているスタッフの方のお名前)がどうのこうのと呼び捨てでスタッフ同士でバカにしたように笑いながら愚痴を言い合ってるのが聞こえてきました。また、営業の方と大事な話をしてる時にも後ろで別の社員が仕事に関係ないようなことでふざけ合って騒いでいて話が聞こえづらくなる事が多々ありました。特に自分が直接嫌な対応をされたというわけではないのですが、一部意識の低い社員がいるという印象です。 The age group of the working staff is very young. I heard the staff complaining while laughing as if they were abandoned. I didn't mean that I was directly unpleasant, but I have the impression that there are some employees who are not conscious of it.
