★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に大学進学で一人暮らしするのに、リノベーションしたマンション５階だての４階の１部屋を契約しました。
その部屋は、普段はとくになにも問題ないのですが、4年間住んだ中で2回も雨漏りの被害にあいました。
しかも天井の壁紙内に水がたまり、部屋内の家具はびちょびちょになり不動産やさんも当初は親切でしたが、２回目となるとまたか、といった態度。どうにか雨漏りをなおして欲しいといってもできないの一点張りでとりつく島もありませんでした。攻めて家具の保証をして欲しいといいましたが、クリーニングしかできないと、いいカビた布団をクリーニングしてもカビて帰ってきました。謝罪もなしでそこからはこちらが連絡しないと連絡もよこしてこない常識はずれの不動産会社です。使いたい人は利用すればいいと思いますが楽しい大学４年間をたのしみたいならおすすめしません。担当もコロコロ変わるし出入りが激しいようです。

Moreover, water accumulated in the wallpaper on the ceiling, the furniture in the room became sloppy, and the real estate agent was kind at first, but the second time it was again. There was no island that I couldn't do even if I wanted to fix the leak. I asked him to attack and guarantee the furniture, but if he could only clean it, he came back with mold even after cleaning the good moldy futon. It is an unconventional real estate company that will not contact you unless you contact us from there without apology. If you want to use it, you can use it, but if you want to enjoy the fun 4 years of college, I don't recommend it. The person in charge also changes and it seems that the comings and goings are intense.

ホントに最悪でした。1年で引っ越して管理会社変えました。
I made a phone call about 8 times, but it doesn't respond to anything just by mouth.
It was really the worst. I moved in a year and changed the management company.
