Attentive and dedicated service with a human touch by well trained and friendly staff, very nice amenities like a recently renovated spa and gym offering different type of yoga or TaiChi classes. 2 cafés and room service. 1 main lounge with an outdoor area. 1 small visitor lounge in each tower. The only issues are the lack of variety for the breakfast buffet, and the absence of WiFi access in the common areas which make it difficult to work outside of your room/suite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a short term assignment through my company for 3 and a half months in a furnished fully serviced room. They have great rooms, great cleaning service, great breakfast, great gym with great swimming pool, great bathrooms, and an above board front desk. Recommended for any business stays or long term. Entire staff is fantastic. I wish I could stay here again. The only drawback is that this place is in a very expensive neighborhood and cost of living seems higher than most other places in Tokyo.
