超腹が立ちました！！
以前契約したものですが、担当者は内件の時も、物件に対する質問、相談にもそっけない返答や態度。
来店したとき、担当者じゃない方が対応に出てきましたが「はあ、、、そんなこと私に言われてもわからないんですけど……」
みたいな、すごく感じワルい対応。
こちらは無理なこといってるわけではなく、ただ必要な書類の提出の事で出向いただけなのに、、。
おまけに、店内にいた女性スタッフはいらっしゃいませの１つも言わず、席に座った状態で、こちらをギロっとみては知らん顔。
店に入って最低限度のあいさつもなく、怖い顔で睨んでくる始末。
本当に態度悪すぎて閉口しました。
今の意見は店に対する嫌がらせなんか１ミリもなく、本当に正直な感想です。
他の方が書いてある低評価の意見に納得しました。
接客の悪さはホント社会人失格レベルですよ。
アルバイトの高校生や大学生でももっと感じのいい接客しますよ。
本当にアタマにきました！

When I came to the store, a person who was not the person in charge came out to respond, but "Oh, I don't know if I told you that ..."
It feels really bad.
This isn't impossible, I was just sent to submit the necessary documents.
In addition, the female staff member in the store didn't say one of the welcomes, and while sitting in the seat, I didn't know what to look for.
After entering the store, there was no minimum greeting, and he glared at me with a scary face.
I closed my mouth because my attitude was really bad.
My current opinion is really honest, with no harassment of the store.
I was convinced by the low-rated opinions written by others.
Poor customer service is really a disqualification level for working adults.
Even high school students and college students who work part-time will be able to serve customers more comfortably.
I really came to my head!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員の知識不足っていう感じがします。ここでしか取り扱いのない物件だったので利用しましたが、そうでなければ問い合わせをした時点で利用しません。ただ単に仲介するというだけで、プロ意識は態度だけ。
I feel that the employees lack knowledge. I used it because it was a property that is only available here, but if not, I will not use it when I make an inquiry. Professionalism is only attitude, just mediating.

安価で綺麗な物件を借りれて満足です(^^)

内見行く事になった矢先に、担当者が電話対応で15分程待たされる。
しかも電話口で軽くキレてるし、電話終わってからあからさまに態度悪くなった。
車での送迎も雑。
部屋はよかったので別の取り扱い不動産屋で契約。
まったく親身になってくれませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HArd to communicate with them. Not because i cant speak japanese fluently!! They told me once i paid the deposit of apartment they immediately giving me the key! Yet!!! Not even calling me for update!!!! Do not come over ARES residential. Too slow
